Tim Masselink (Chair)

Tim has a background in international relations and organisational psychology and extensive experience in complex (international) negotiations. He has worked for the Dutch government and Clingendael, where he was an international analyst and trainer in the negotiation programme, and is currently an associate at Berenschot Consultancy. As founder of &FLUENCE, he is committed to further strengthening professional standards and strategic thinking about negotiation in the Netherlands.

Jonas Lindenaar (Vice Chair)

Jonas advises organisations at &FLUENCE on the intersection of negotiation, reputation, communication and influence, helping them to maintain control of their message in complex situations. As former chair of the University Council of Maastricht University, he was ultimately responsible for advising the Executive Board on behalf of staff and students, where his interest in strategic decision-making, crisis communication and advocacy was further shaped.

Miguel Delcour (Secretary)

Miguel supports organisations where administrative and operational complexity puts pressure on decision-making and feasibility. As an Organisation Simplifier®, he assists management teams and directors in breaking through entrenched structures and restoring logic, coherence and direction through targeted interventions in strategy, governance and operations. He works primarily in complex healthcare, education and semi-public organisations, including as an interim director and programme director. Miguel is an author and speaker and holds a master's degree in Business Administration.

Willemijn Alma (Events)

Willemijn combines administrative expertise with an analytical approach and, thanks to her background in public administration and experience in government and business, has a deep understanding of policy and decision-making. With expertise in political-administrative relations, stakeholder management and conflict mediation, she translates complex issues into clear strategies and effective communication. Drawing on her experience at organisations such as the National Audit Office and Rewire, she helps organisations build sustainable alliances and engage in constructive dialogue.

Kevin Sloots (Communications/ICT)

Kevin has three years of experience as a news analyst at Publistat and an academic background in political philosophy and conflict studies. During an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he worked on UN dossiers and developed an in-depth understanding of multilateral decision-making. Kevin was also active for many years in the AmsterMUN debate team, where he served as chair and head coach, among other roles. He was recognised by Harvard for his diplomatic skills in 2022.
